Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
Escrubz guarantees your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for an exchange, refund or credit. Please make sure that you read our terms and conditions below, before you make a purchase.

Shipping Methods & Expense
We usually use the UPS Ground service or the USPS Priority Mail service to ship orders. All orders will be shipped along with an order tracking and a delivery confirmation. Shipping is a $4.99 flat + an additional $1.00 for every item you purchase. Also keep in mind that you get free shipping if you shop with us for $75 or more. 

Shipping Locations
We do not accept any orders from addresses outside the continental
United States at this time. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Transit Time

Orders generally take 3 to 4 business days to process. Once an order ships, it may take 7-10 business days to reach you. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 business days if any of the items from your order are on backorder.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will be emailed a Tracking Number. If you have not received a tracking number for more than 7 business days after you placed your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you get your number. You may always log into your account to get up-to-date information on your order.

Backordered Items

We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. However, if any of the products are on backorder, we will try to email you as early as possible to inform you about this. We will ship all of the available items ASAP, and will have the backordered items shipped as soon as they are back in stock. We will contact you with the availability date for any of the backordered items once your partial order ships.

Return Authorization
We will issue a return authorization number to return a shipment. To obtain a 'RA' number, you may simply log into your account, and choose to return your purchase (one item at a time). If this seems too complicated, please just email us your order number, items to be returned, and the reason for returning them, so that we may manually process your return and email you a RA number. We absolutely DO NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent back without an authorization, or not sent to the correct Return center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited.

Exchanges
A Return Authorization is required for all exchanges as well. You must return the items to be exchanged by following the instructions under the title 'Return Authorization' above, and 'Returns' below. A refund will be issued for your returns within 7-10 business days after we receive your shipment. At the same time, you must place a separate order for the correct items. The new order will be processed like any other order, and will take the same number of processing and shipping time.

Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all of our Medical Scrubs (excluding those from the clearance section). Returns and exchanges must be made without any damage, with the original tag and within 30 days from the date of delivery. In order to return an item, the item must not be worn, washed, altered, or monogrammed. Shipping and Handling charges are however non-refundable unless we make a mistake. Return shipments should never be made directly to Dickies Uniforms. They must be shipped to our store address listed below along with a copy of your order confirmation email. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Return Postage must be prepaid or the shipment will not be accepted.  Please note that it may take 7-14 days to process a return or an exchange. If you don't like the color, or the size isn't just right, or if you simply changed your mind, you can send it back, no questions asked!

Returning or Exchanging a Gift
We cannot credit anyone other than the original credit card holder in the event of a return. If you have received an item as a gift, and you would like to return it, you have two options. You can contact the person who gave you the gift, and have them arrange a return, or you can contact us directly with the original order number, or name of the person who purchased it for you, and we can issue you a return authorization. Once the items are received, we can issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the items returned.

Returning an Incorrect or Defective Item
We stand by our products and carry only manufacturers who are known for their high quality merchandise. In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item please let us know right away. We will reorder the correct items for you, and send them out as soon as possible at no extra charge. If we determine that the error was ours, we will also credit your account for shipping charges to send the incorrect items back to us. Please note: We regret that occasionally some manufacturers can have slight differences in color, even in items that are the same color code. We cannot take responsibility for this issue. You are welcome to return/exchange items if there is any difference in color. However, we regret that we will not be able to cover any shipping costs. Please note, if an item is sent back to us not in original condition (e.g. tags not attached, washed, worn) we cannot accept it for return, and we cannot guarantee that it can be returned to you. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
