Q: Is it safe to purchase online with my Credit Card or Debit Card?
A: Absolutely. Our secure online ordering system is fully encrypted, and your credit card information is treated with the utmost caution. We do not keep any payment information on file once the order is processed.
Q: Do you carry a specific color/size/style?
A: Although we try our best to update the website with all available styles, colors and sizes, it is possible that we sometimes carry items that are not listed on the website. Please feel free to contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ link located the tops of the web page or by emailing us at support@escrubz.com.
Q: How do I know my size?
A: Size charts are available for all products on the corresponding product page right below the size and color box. You should be able to find accurate size information for all of our items. If you have additional questions, you are welcome to contact us.
Q: How can I tell if the item I am purchasing is in stock?
A: Just email us before placing your order and we will let you know if the style, color, and size you are looking to purchase is in stock and available to ship. We will occasionally allow customers to order backordered or out of stock items, especially if we expect them back in stock shortly. If you'd like to be certain that your order will ship right away, please contact us before you order.
Q: Do you offer group purchase prices or wholesale discounts?
A: We do offer group discounts. If you would like to make a purchase on behalf of a school, hospital or any such institutions, or if you would like to make a bulk purchase for resale, get in touch with us before you place your order!
You may use the following coupon codes in your shopping cart to get the corresponding discounts.
“NewCustomerDisc” for a 10% discount for all new customers.
“wholesale10” for a 10% discount on orders of $500 or more.
“wholesale15” for a 15% discount on orders of $1000 or more.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? Can I send you a check?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Money Orders and Pay Pal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other forms of payment at this time, including COD.
Q: I changed my mind; can I change or cancel my order?
A: You my change your order as long as it has not shipped or has already been scheduled to be picked up. Contact us at support@escrubz.com requesting a change and also include the changes you wish to make.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We only use the UPS Ground service or the USPS Priority Mail service to ship orders. Shipping is a $4.99 flat + an additional $1.00 for every item you purchase. Also keep in mind that you get free shipping if you shop with us for $75 or more. Our shopping cart is formatted to take off the shipping charge once your order total meets the free shipping requirement. Q: Will you ship to my Military APO/FPO address?
A: We regret that we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q: Do you ship to locations outside the 48 continental United States?
A: We apologize, at this time we do not accept any orders from addresses outside the continental United States.
Q: How long does it take orders to ship? How long until they are delivered?
A: Orders generally take 3 to 4 business days from the day you order, to ship. Once an order ships, it may take 7 to 9 business days to reach you depending on your location. Please note that it may take a few additional days to process your order if there are any backorders or out of stock items.
Q: How can I track my Order?
A: Once your order ships, you will be emailed a Tracking Number. If you have not received a tracking number for more than 7 business days after you placed your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you get your number.
Q: I ordered several items, but I did not receive all of them in my shipment. Where are the rest of my items?
A: We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. But if any of the items are backordered, we ship the in-stock products right away so that we don’t hold the shipment for too long. We ship the backordered products as soon as they arrive. We try to email you as soon as possible when we find out that an item is on backorder. If you notice that your shipment is missing an item and if you have not been contacted regarding a backorder, please email us right away.
Q: How do I return items from my order?
A: We're happy to accept your return for any reason, as long as the items still have the tags attached and have not been damaged or washed. We do require a return authorization for all returns. You may obtain a RA number by emailing us. Please take a minute to go through our return policy on the Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
Q: I sent some items back to you. Why haven't I received a credit yet?
A: There could be a few reasons for this. Returns usually take a few days to process and then it can take 5-7 days for your credit card company to credit your account. Please read out Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: We do not have a catalog at this time. All of our items are available for viewing on our website.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Escrubz.com does not currently charge sales tax. We are located in a Sales Tax Free State.
Q: I've written to customer support, but I haven't received a response. Why?
A: Customer Support usually responds within 24-48 business hours but sometimes may take up to 72 hours. Also, make sure you add support@escrubz.com to your address book and check your junk mail folder!
Q: I want to call you, but I can't find a phone number. How can I reach you?
A: Our initial form of contact is through email. However, you may request a call back by emailing us at support@escrubz.com. We will try to call you back within 24-48 business hours of your request. This helps us provide you with the lowest price online.
